MIX FM (104.1 FM), Melbourne (July - December 2008)

Every other Thursday at 8.35am, Flip joined Bridgit Duclos, Tom Gleeson and George McEncroe in the studio with something delicious to eat and food for thought. Flip provided listeners with easy to digest information about food and health. The segment was sponsored by Colavita.

3AW 693, Melbourne (August 2006 - Feb 2008)

Flip joined Neil Mitchell's program on 3AW in August 2006 and for 18 months talked TV and its attendant issues each weekday at 10.30am. During this time, Flip also presented an hour long TV segment each Saturday between 5.00 and 6.00pm on Denis Walter's program. Having worked behind and in front of the camera, Flip brought a unique insight to this segment.

4BC Brisbane, 5AA Adelaide and 6PR Perth (2007 - present)

Flip talks TV each weekday at 3.30pm on 4BC with Peter Dick; each Tuesday and Friday at 8.20am on Adelaide's 5AA and each Friday at 7.30am on Perth's 6PR.

FOX FM (February - March 2008)

Flip joined Higgo and Tamsyn Lewis each Sunday between 5-6pm, to present 'The Weighting Room" - a show which gave listeners 'the guts on food and fitness' syndicated nationally on the FOX FM (Austereo) network.

3RRR, Melbourne (1997 - 2007)

Flip Shelton stumbled into the Triple R studios via the back alley in Fitzroy one Sunday in 1997 and ever since has been involved with the unique station.

For three years she co-hosted Eat It with Cam Smith - a food show for thinking eaters.

After this, Flip presented a weekly segment with the Breakfasters - including Kate Langbroek, Chris Hatzis and James "Hound Dog" Young. There have been various brilliant breakfast teams and Flip is privileged to have spoon fed the likes of Dave O'Neil, John Safran, Angus Sampson, Fee B-Squared, Sam Pang and Tony Wilson. While they didn't like everything she cooked, she did not knowingly cause any cases of food poisoning. After eleven years, Flip is 'taking a breather' from her Monday morning 8.15am spot.

ABC OVERNIGHTS (2002 - 2006)

For years, Flip has contributed to ABC Radio Overnights to provide recipes and motivating ideas to get fit. The interviews are always around 5.10am when Flip gets going for the day. The early bird catches the worm!

ABC - ALICE SPRINGS (2006)

In 2006, Flip presented a weekly spot on Katya Quigley's morning program on ABC Alice Springs. Katya, a martial arts expert and Flip, an Ironman often had great discussions about the value of eating right to assist muscle recovery and the tricks to staying motivated to ensure you stay fit and healthy.

TRIPLE M - DEAD SET LEGENDS (2006)

Each week Flip joined Darren "Chuck" Berry, Tim Smith and Tamsyn Lewis with great recipes and tips for eating right. This advice tended to fall on deaf ears when it came to Timbo but it would always spark callers to the show.

MCM ENTERTAINMENT - AUSTEREO (2003 - 2004)

For two years Flip wrote and presented a daily radio segment called "The Word on Good Living" which was syndicated via the Austereo network to over 50 radio stations around Australia. The segment provided grabs of info on seasonal food, quirky news about food and tips on keeping fit.

3AK (R.I.P!) (2002-2003)

In 2002, Flip presented a weekly segment on Yvonne Adele's 3AK midday-3pm weekday show and then Annette Allison's program. And in a baptism of fire, Flip hosted the weekday Midday-3pm and weekends Midday-6pm shifts over the summer 2002-03. It was an exciting and rewarding experience and was the first time Flip didn't eat for six straight hours as no food was allowed in the studio!
